How the multilingual system works

Your system is installed and configured in English first, for stability and standardization. Using the built-in language switcher, you can then switch your website interface into your preferred language, so your platform can serve students in the language they understand best.

To translate and dub your course videos, we recommend AI tools such as HeyGen. You upload your video, choose a target language, generate translated audio or lip-sync dubbing, and upload the translated video to your platform. We’ll guide you through the workflow and show you how to add your translated videos to your multilingual course platform.

Note: Video translation and dubbing require a separate HeyGen subscription, which is not included.

How it works

1. Purchase the Done-with-You setup.
2. Submit your setup information through our support portal. If WordPress is already installed on your domain, submit your WordPress admin login. If not, submit your Hostinger login so we can install WordPress from your Hostinger control panel.
3. We install and configure your system. Most setups are completed within 7 to 14 business days, depending on your responsiveness, hosting readiness, login access, and project complexity.
4. Launch. Your platform goes live on your domain, ready for your courses and students.

What you need to provide

The only things you need to buy are your hosting plan and your domain name. We recommend Hostinger for both, for its affordability, reliability, performance, and beginner-friendly tools (use code 6OGDIGOMO67P for an extra 20% off).

For a smooth, fast setup, we strongly recommend a brand-new hosting account, a fresh domain, and a clean WordPress installation. Installing a complex multilingual course system on an existing website often causes plugin conflicts, broken layouts, and delays.

What’s not included

To keep things clear and fair, this service does not include course content creation, recording your videos, writing your lessons or curriculum, advanced custom coding, ongoing website management, hosting or domain purchases, manual translation of your course, or daily technical support after the project is complete. We will, however, guide you on tools and workflows to handle many of these yourself.

You own everything

Once your system is set up on your domain, you fully own your website, content, student data, and payment systems. You can change your passwords at any time and customize the platform to match your brand. There are no monthly management fees to us after setup. You remain responsible for your own hosting, domain renewal, third-party tools, payment processor fees, and any optional subscriptions you choose.

Refund policy

If you purchase and decide to cancel before installation begins on your domain, we’ll issue a full refund, no questions asked. Once installation and configuration have started on your domain, no refunds are available, because of the significant technical work, setup time, licensing, and manpower each project requires.
